Electrical & Controls Hardware

Electrical design, control panels, field wiring, and motor control built to print, checked before shipment, and ready to power up.

Overview

Clean hardware makes everything downstream easier

Good controls start with a good electrical package. We design the schematics, build the panels, run the field wiring, and deliver the motor control that drives the equipment.

Design and build happen under one roof. The engineer who drew the schematic is a few steps from the panel builder and reachable by the field crew, so questions get answered the same day and the as-built drawings match what is on the wall.

Every panel is wired, labeled, and checked before it ships. The result is hardware that commissions quickly and that your electricians can service without guesswork.

From drawing to energized equipment

Electrical Design (Schematics, Layouts, BOMs)

Complete electrical drawing packages: power distribution, control schematics, panel layouts, and bills of material. Produced to your plant standards and updated to as-built at the end of the job.

Control Panel Build & Assembly

Enclosures laid out, populated, wired, and labeled to the drawings. Each panel is point-to-point checked and powered up on the bench before it leaves our shop.

Field Wiring & Installation

Conduit, cable tray, device wiring, and panel terminations on your floor. Our crews land the field devices, verify every I/O point, and leave the installation clean and documented.

MCC / VFD / Motor Control Systems

Motor control centers, VFD and soft-start installations, and starters sized for the load. Drives are parameterized and tuned for the application.

Approve the drawings, then build to them

Nothing gets built until you have signed off on the design. From there, every panel and every field termination is checked against the same drawings.

  1. Review the scope

We confirm equipment, loads, I/O counts, and plant electrical standards so the design starts from the right requirements.

  2. Design and approve

Schematics, layouts, and BOMs are issued for your review. Build starts only after approval.

  3. Build and bench test

Panels are assembled in our shop, point-to-point checked, and powered up before shipment.

  4. Install and terminate

Field wiring, device mounting, and terminations on site, with every point verified against the drawings.

  5. Deliver as-builts

Final drawings reflect what was actually installed, so maintenance has an accurate reference from day one.
