Turnkey Systems Integration
Concept to production with one team: mechanical, electrical, and controls design, build, programming, runoff, installation, and startup support.
One contract. One point of accountability.
A turnkey project means you deal with one team from the first concept sketch to the first production shift. We handle mechanical design, electrical design, controls engineering, machine build, robot cell integration, programming, factory runoff, installation, site acceptance, and production startup. Mechanical designers, electricians, pipefitters, network engineers, and programmers all work for us, not for four different subcontractors.
There are no handoffs between vendors. The engineers who designed the system are the ones who build it, program it, and stand next to it when it starts producing.
You get a system that was designed as a whole, tested before it shipped, and proven on your floor before we leave.

Five trades. One team. One turnkey solution.
Every trade a project needs is on our payroll, so the people who design it, wire it, pipe it, network it, and program it all sit in the same room.

One turnkey solution
Every phase, one team
Mechanical Design
Machine frames, tooling, fixtures, guarding, and layouts modeled in 3D and detailed for fabrication. Designed around your part, your rate, and your floor space.
Electrical Design
Power distribution, control schematics, panel layouts, and BOMs produced to your plant standards and kept current through as-built.
Controls Engineering
Sequence of operations, I/O design, and PLC, HMI, and safety architecture defined before assembly starts.
Machine Build & Assembly
Fabrication, mechanical assembly, panel build, and wiring in our shop. Every assembly is fit-checked and powered up before runoff.
Robot Cell Integration
Robot, end-of-arm tooling, guarding, and peripherals integrated into a working cell with PLC handshaking and safety.
Programming
PLC, HMI, robot, and motion programs written to your standards and tested offline wherever possible before the system is powered.
Factory Runoff (FAT)
Full functional test in our facility, running your parts against an agreed acceptance checklist.
Installation
Rigging, placement, anchoring, field wiring, and utility connections at your site, coordinated around your production schedule.
Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
The system is proven at rate in its final location against the acceptance criteria. You sign off when it performs.
Production Startup Support
Engineering support on the floor through the first production runs to tune, train, and resolve anything that surfaces as volume ramps.
Why choose turnkey? One contract instead of four
A typical automation project touches a machine builder, a panel shop, an integrator, and an installer. Every handoff between them is a place for scope, schedule, and accountability to slip.
A multi-vendor project
- Separate contracts for mechanical, electrical, controls, and installation
- Design assumptions passed between companies that rarely communicate amongst themselves
- A schedule set by whichever vendor is running latest
- When something fails at startup, each vendor points at another
- You end up coordinating the project yourself
A Unified turnkey project
- One contract covering design through production startup
- The engineers who design the machine also wire and program it
- Mechanical designers, electricians, pipefitters, network engineers, and programmers on one payroll, not four subcontracts
- One schedule and one project lead from kickoff to sign-off
- One number to call when the line is down, during startup and after
- We coordinate; you approve at defined review points
