We build the systems that do the work: welding cells, assembly stations, material handling, conveyors, packaging and palletizing, vision inspection, and custom equipment you can't find in a catalog.

Each system starts with your part, your rate, and your floor space. We create custom designs around your constraints instead of forcing your process into a standard package.

Because mechanical, electrical, and controls are all in-house, the cell is designed as one system. Tooling, guarding, panel, and program are built to work together, and the system gets tested and runoff in our shop before it ships.

Robotic Welding Cells

Robot, positioner, fixturing, and weld package integrated into a guarded cell with operator load stations. Programmed and run off on your parts before shipment.

Assembly Systems

Manual, semi-automatic, and fully automated assembly stations with part presentation, pressing, fastening, and verification.

Material Handling Systems

Robotic and automated handling for loading, unloading, transfer, and stacking. Grippers, end-of-arm tooling, and part presentation designed for your product.

Conveyor Systems

Belt, roller, and chain conveyors with accumulation, merge, divert, and indexing where the process needs them. Controls are integrated with upstream and downstream equipment.

Packaging & Palletizing

Case packing, robotic palletizing, and end-of-line automation sized for your rates and pallet patterns.

Vision Inspection Systems

Camera-based inspection for presence, orientation, measurement, and defect detection, integrated into the PLC and robot logic for part management and bad part rejection.

Custom Automated Machinery

Purpose-built machines for processes no standard equipment covers. We design, build, program, and run off the machine as a single turnkey deliverable.
